本项目地处深圳盐田港区，位于盐田港中、东港区之间的烟墩山半岛。地块东依烟墩山，北接盐田河，南靠盐田中港区，西临盐田港后方陆域，临近深盐路。用地东北侧是自然形成的天然避风塘，西北是疏港铁路—平盐铁路，西南侧是明珠立交。
The project is located on the Beacon Hill peninsula betweeneastern and central districts of Yantian Port in YantianDistrict, Shenzhen . The lot neighbors Beacon Hill on theeast. On the north runs Yantian River. On the west standsthe rear land of the port neighboring Shenyan Road. Onthe northeast extends a natural typhoon shelter. On thenorthwestis part of Pingyan Railway and Shugang Railwayand on the southwest stands the Pearl Overpass.

通过精细化的设计，力争在本地块内为城市创造唯美的建筑形象，提升片区建筑群的标识性，为盐田港区提供高品质的休闲度假场所，以加速“港城一体化”的进程。采用参数化的设计手法，通过自由曲线的造型形成新颖、有视觉冲击力的建筑形象，使人们能够充分感受到港区生活的活力。
